Additionally, our partners provide consumers choice in this sharing process.

OPUS Provides Additional Consumer Notification and Choice

  • You have the opportunity to opt-out or unsubscribe from the OPUS Select program. When OPUS first receives your consumer information from a partner, we send you a "Welcome Email" to introduce you to our OPUS Select program. When possible, this message identifies the OPUS partner who shared your name with us. Additionally, this message includes an opportunity for you to opt-out of the OPUS Select program so that you will no longer receive email notifications from OPUS Select.

  • You may choose not to participate in the OPUS Select email program at any time. OPUS offers you an opt-out option within each OPUS Select email message. OPUS will recognize receipt of your request and will process it as quickly as possible - typically within five business days. You may receive additional mailings as a result of campaigns already in progress. We will maintain and honor your opt-out information until and unless you opt-in with OPUS Select.

  • You may choose to not receive direct mail or telephone communications from OPUS. To do so, please contact us with your request and we will process it as quickly as possible - typically within five business days. OPUS Use of Consumer Information

  • Your contact information is shared with marketers. OPUS shares your contact information with advertisers and their agents so that advertisers may notify you of offers relevant to your lifestyle and needs. If you opt-out of receiving email from OPUS Select, OPUS will not share your email information.

  • OPUS tracks your response to offers to provide you with more relevant information on products and services or upcoming events. Our goal at OPUS is to provide you with timely and relevant information on products and services or upcoming events that complement your lifestyle and needs.

  • OPUS will NOT knowingly promote to you if your under 18 years of age and OPUS does not support offers known to be illegal, illegitimate, or offensive. We do not support pyramid scheme offers. We review every advertiser and their promotion before you receive it to ensure that the company is reputable and the marketing message is credible and relevant.

  • OPUS may periodically ask you to complete a survey in order to collect additional information about their needs and wants. We may also obtain additional information from our affiliates, and where legally permitted, from other companies with which we have business relationships. Again, our goal is to provide you with timely and relevant information on products and services or upcoming events that complement your lifestyle and needs.

  • OPUS utilizes your demographic, lifestyle purchase information and other data to better align advertisers and their offers with your lifestyle and needs. OPUS charges advertisers a fee for using this service. We will not report any of your personally identifiable information to outside parties unless required to do so by law.

OPUS Privacy Practices Adhere to Industry Guidelines

  • OPUS maintains privacy practices that are endorsed by The Direct Marketing Association. We maintain strict security of your data and maintain guidelines to protect for loss, misuse, or alteration of information collected and used in our OPUS Select program.

Changes to the OPUS Privacy Policy

  • OPUS will notify you of any material changes to this OPUS privacy policy statement by email and will post the revised policy within our OPUS Select website.

  • OPUS may provide you with links to other advertiser Web sites. If you click on one of these links, you will be taken to a separate Web site. We do not control the privacy practices of these secondary Web sites and therefore are not responsible for the privacy or content of the sites. Other Information

  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets or a change of control of OPUS' divisional parent corporation, all data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred subject to the terms of this privacy policy.
