Dan is the original founder of the Denver Office of CFS in 1995. CFS was predicated on a unique concept of partnering with large consulting and CPA firms in cities throughout the world. In Denver, Colorado, CFS is partnered with one of Denver's largest locally owned business consulting and CPA firms, Gelfond Hochstadt Pangburn, PC.
Dan brings ten years of recruiting experience and expertise to ensure that our clients and consultants get personalized service and make the right match. Dan focuses his efforts on client engagements and new business development. Dan is a CPA with experience in a the Big Five Accounting and Consulting Firm, Ernst and Young, after leaving Ernst and Young, Dan joined Bell Atlantic as a manager in their financial operations area. Dan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Alberta, and a Master of Accounting from George Washington University. |

Jody Schmidt is a native of Colorado and comes to CFS with over 61/2 years of recruiting experience. She strives to partner with clients and consultants alike in fulfilling hiring and career search needs for contracting, contract-to-hire and direct hire opportunities in the Information Technology Industry.
Jody started her recruiting career as a Marketing Manager for a Denver based Staffing Company. She then focuses her career on working strictly with Information Technology consultants in the Denver market. Before recruiting she was a Sales Manager for a locally owned children's educational company. Jody received her Bachelor of Arts Degree form Metropolitan State College in Organizational Speech Communications and a minor in Psychology. |

It all began on a rainy April day in 1971. Okay, okay, I will skip ahead a little.
Kiley received his Bachelors degree in 1993 and worked a variety of jobs until he caught his break in December of 1996 when he accepted a position with a local staffing firm. While with this company, Kiley specialized in the placement of qualified truck drivers in local and over the road positions. Kiley worked all aspects of this business from sales to recruitment to network administration. It was while wearing this network admin hat that Kiley discovered his true love, IT. Kiley decided that the best way to work in IT without actually knowing anything about computers was to be a Technical Recruiter. In the fall of 1998 he landed a job as a Technical Recruiter. He successfully recruited over 150 people over a period of 1.5 years. These people worked in a variety of positions from Tape Operations and Computer Operations to Help Desk and Network Administration. He was relatively successful with this company, but was looking for more of a challenge so Kiley left and in the process landed his dream job. Kiley joined CFS in the spring of 2000. At CFS Kiley specializes in the recruitment of e-Commerce and Desktop Developers. At CFS Kiley has learned that the more you know about the technologies that you are recruiting for the better you are able to attract the high quality candidates. Because of this Kiley spends much of his time attending user groups and studying programming languages so that he can stay on the cutting edge of the technologies that he recruits for. What Kiley most enjoys about his job is the opportunity to spend more time building better and more quality relationships with his candidates and contractors. Kiley firmly believes that it is the building of these relationships that makes great recruiters just that…great. It is amazing to think how far he has come from that rainy April day in 1971. |

Angela Farone comes to CFS after 2 ½ years in recruiting for a major telecommunications corporation. She holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Angela seeks to help candidates find the optimal position they are seeking whether that is contract, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire by acting as consultant to every person. | |||

Ryan comes to CFS with over 2 years in the IT industry with both sales/recruiting experience. Ryan's key role as Account Manager will be to maintain ongoing relationships with established accounts and also focus on new business development. He believes that the key to doing good business is "customer service" and building solid relationships. Ryan graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. | |||

Mike comes to CFS with previous experience in computer networking, software development, and education. Mike focuses his efforts on assisting the candidates with their job search by learning about their previous work experience and what they are looking for in their next position. He assists candidates interested in contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire placements. Michael G. McShea has a degree in Behavioral Science from the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Michael joined the CFS team in June of 1999 as an IT Recruiter. | |||

Sherry brings to CFS, 2½ years of an Information Technology recruiting background and has most recently been employed as a recruiter for companies specializing in the fields software development and telecommunications.
Sherry can be reached in our Interlocken branch and her primary focus is in the Northwest Denver Metro area. She is currently assisting IT professionals with their career endeavors for contract, contract to hire and direct hire opportunities. |

| Scott Snyders Account Executive |
Scott comes to CFS with a strong management and customer service background. Scott's primary focus is assisting clients with their permanent IT positions. He does this by understanding the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as, the type of requirements desired for the position. After a supervisor position with UPS, and a District Manager's position with a national retailer, Scott has a strong management experience devoted to customer service. Scott joined our team in July of 2000 and has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. | |||
