As well as providing you with unique opportunities, at CFS we believe in offering extraordinary benefits including low cost health and dental insurance, training/tuition reimbursement, paid time-off, life insurance, and Direct Deposit. The following is a brief outline of the benefits that we offer our consultants:
Health Insurance - Eligible CFS consultants may participate in a self-funded Medical plan at preferred rates through Fortis Insurance Company. This is a PPO-based health insurance plan.
Prescription Drug Card Plan
Dental Insurance - Our Dental plan is a signature standard plan and provides discounted savings of 30% on over 170 dental procedures.
Vision Insurance - Our Vision plan offers a reduced cost on procedures, contact lenses, and glasses.
Life Insurance - Both Permanent life and low cost level term is available.
Paid Time Off - For every 400 hours worked, a consultant accrues (8) hours of paid time off. After each subsequent 400 hours, a consultant will receive another eight (8) hours of paid time off to a maximum of 48 hours of paid time off per year.
Training/Tuition Reimbursement - CFS will reimburse up to $250 on a quarterly basis for courses related to your primary field of employment.
Direct Deposit - A consultant may elect to have their paycheck deposited directly into the bank account of their choice.
Weekly Pay - CFS payroll periods are every Thursday.
